Venue Access

The bcc Berlin Congress Center is located in the heart of Berlin closeby Alexanderplatz. The venue can be accessed from Alexanderstrasse (ref. Venue Map) via public transport or taxi. The closest subway station is “Alexanderplatz” in the U2 line or several busses and trams.

 We recommend checking Google Maps or BVG website to plan your trip.

All participants must follow our Code of Conduct and Anti-Harassment Policy, the core of which is: "Flink Forward should be a safe and productive environment for everyone.

Luggage

Bags and other luggage with a volume up to 10 l are permitted e.g. handbags, laptop bags, backpacks). All visitors with bags or luggage of this nature should be prepared for bag checks. 

Bags and other luggage with a larger capacity are not permitted and may not be left in the cloakroom or brought in. For this reason, a luggage tent will be provided on the forecourt of the location.

Visa Information and Request

EU Nationals

EU nationals do not require a visa to enter the Federal Republic of Germany.

Non-EU Nationals

All non-EU nationals require a visa to travel to Germany. A visa is not required for visits of up to 90 days in a 180 day period for nationals of those countries for which the European Community has abolished the visa requirement.

Wheelchair Access & Medical Equipment Rental

The wheelchair access with a ramp is located at the main entrance of the conference venue. If you require such access, please let us know at hello@flink-forward.org.
